The U.S. Consulate in Istanbul will review and process 500 visa applications on Monday after it gave appointments to hundreds of people, a report by Halk TV said on Sunday, revealing that visa services by the U.S. Consulate are returning to fully normal after a diplomatic dispute between two allies.
Last week, both the U.S. and Turkey limitedly resumed visa services in both countries in a sign of progress in strained relations after two employees of U.S. diplomatic missions in Turkey were imprisoned last month.
